Question: Where can i play soccer/football in new zealand?

I am going to New Zealand for atleast 6 months, starting Feb.2010. I have been searching the internet to try to find a place to play once I get there. I am 20 years old, and will be 21 when I get there (male). I have been searching for any team, club, academy, or anything that they have there for guys of my age, I have been playing at a high level my entire life and would like to keep it going when I go to New Zealand. Anyone know where/ how I can find a place to play?
